CrossFit begins with a belief in fitness. The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive level of fitness. CrossFit is based on constantly varied, functional movements, preformed at high-intensity, in a communal environment that leads to health and fitness. We have several ways you can learn more. Every Saturday morning at 9:00 am we offer a free class where you can see what a CrossFit workout is like. We also offer a series of classes called On-Ramp that will teach you all the foundational movements of crossFit.
