What is your Primary Objective for Joining CrossFit? *

We have very unique programs at Duke City – especially for people who are new to CrossFit and weightlifting. We start everyone off with a complimentary 30-min fitness goals assessment. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, your unique goals and to determine if Duke City will be your best path to success.

During your FREE goal assessment we will:

  • Get to know you, your motivators, your drivers and current fitness goals.

  • Match up your goals with a coach who specializes in that area

  • Provide an overview of our unique training methodology and class options

  • Give you a tour of our premier functional fitness training facility

  • Determine if Duke City CrossFit program and classes will be the best solution to take your training to the next level.
