What is Crossfit Kids all about?

In a group setting, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children, ages 3-12.  It is a excellent and safe way to instill a healthy active lifestyle at a young age.

  • Research has shown that kids who get regular exercise do better in school.

  • Kids get to learn in a structured environment, while at the same time learning to play.

  • Kids who learn to workout when young are more apt to become healthier adults.

What are parents saying?

I love Crossfit kids because it has taught Matthew structure, discipline, and had helped him meet friends. He’s learned social skills and how to take turns. It’s also taught Matthew that exercise is fun!

Duke City Crossfit has helped my family get in shape as a team! I questioned whether my three year old was too young, but after she tried a class she loved it. It is helping her with her motor skills, following directions, and most important interact with the other crossfit kids. As a family we will be part of this great community!!!
