DROP-INS 

Visiting CrossFit athletes, we would love for you to come Wod with us!

RATES: 

First time Drop-in's:  $15 a day.

Weekly rate:  $40 or waive the fee and buy a shirt to take home with you. 

Flex 10 day pass: $123 It is good for a year, and is a great option for travelers who come to Albuquerque often.

 

TO MAKE YOUR VISIT even more AWESOME, HERE ARE A FEW NOTES:

So we know you are coming and can give you a warm welcome! 

  • Must have CrossFit Experience:

Drop Ins must have completed an “Elements” or “On Ramp” program at a CrossFit Affiliate before attending WOD classes.  DON'T HAVE CROSSFIT EXPERIENCE BUT STILL WANT TO TRY US OUT?  Drop-into one of our Bootcamp classes, no CrossFit experience necessary. 

  • If it’s your first time dropping in, try to arrive 10 minutes early.

Grab a coach and they will help you sign in.   You will be asked to fill out a waiver before starting class.

  • Be sure to introduce yourself to the Coach at the beginning of class.

Let the coach know your level of experience with CrossFit training, and if you have any limitations, so they can help make your WOD great.
