5 Power Cleans (95/65) 10 Front Squats (95/65) 15 Box Jumps (20"/20")

As soon as P1 returns from Medball run, P2 takes it out for a run.  Someone must continually be running throughout the workout.  Barbell movements may be broken up any way partners choose.

8 Min AMRAP Relay Style 1 Person completes: 100m Sprint 5 Burpees Tag your partner, and they continue, etc.


We ask that people start arriving around 10:30am.  First heat will start promptly at 11:00am.  Partners and heat times will be drawn from a hat.
