  1. Work on Squat clean+front squat+thruster (3 separate movements)
  2. "Death By" Thrusters
  • On minute one you will do one Thruster then rest till next minute. On minute 2 do 2 thrusters. on minute 3 do 3...Continue until you can not finish reps within the minute.
