P1 Completes 5 Strict Press, then holds bar in Front Rack

P2: Once P1 has bar in FR, complete first set of Calories on Rower, then switch.

Both partners row 21, then 15, then 9 alternating each set. If P1 drops the bar from the Front Rack, P2 must stop rowing.

Rest 3 minutes, then…

Power Snatch

P1: Holds a dead hang on pull-up bar

P2: While P1 holds dead hang, complete first set of Power Snatches, then switch.

Both partners complete set of 21, then 15, then 9 alternating each set.  If P1 drops from pull-up bar, P2 must stop snatches.
