-Cindy ( 20 min- 5 pull ups 10 push ups 15 Air squats)

-Angie ( 100 pull ups, 100 Push ups, 100 Sit ups, 100 Air squats

-Eva (5 rounds for time- 800m run, 30 kettle bells swings, 30 pull ups)

-Barbra ( 5 rounds for time 20 Pull ups, 30 Push ups, 40 Sit ups, 50 Air Squats rest 3 min between rounds)
